Samuel Linares - Cybersecurity Management Systems Expert
Samuel Linares is Industrial Cybersecurity Center Coordinator for the Middle East, is Partner at iHackLabs, European Commission Independent Evaluator, ENISA (European Network and Information Security Agency) CIIP Expert and member of ISACA Cybersecurity Task Force. With 2 decades of security, system integration and multinational and multicultural projects management experience, he has been the main promoter of the "Industrial Cybersecurity" concept in Spanish, being recognized as the key Spanish and Latin-american expert in the area and participating as project leader, speaker, chairman and teacher in more than 30 countries all over the world.
He holds various cybersecurity certifications including CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control), CGEIT (Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISA (Certified Information Security Auditor), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), GIAC Assessing Wireless Networks (GAWN), Systems and Network Auditor (GSNA), and Google Hacking & Defense (SSP-GHD), BSI BS 25999 & BS 7799 Lead Auditor (since 2002), and several additional vendor specific technical certifications. B.S. on Computer Science by the Universidad Pontificia of comillas, is a specialist in Security and Technology Consultancy. With more than 20 years of experience in consulting firms as Davinci Consulting and Tecnocom involved in projects related to IT and security for big companies and public enterprises he holds multiple certifications from security and IT vendors (Cisco CCNA y CCDA, System Security Mcafee, Security Specialist Juniper, Websense Certified Enginer, F5 Bigip Specialist y Radware certified security Specialist) as well as CISM from ISACA.
José is an expert in project management and has lead ISMS deployment projects for IBEX35 companies and public enterprises working with security top level teams. He has wide knowledge on ITIL and PMI and experience in providing training to industrial sectors companies and public enterprises.
Silvia Villanueva - Industrial Hacking ExpertWith more than 15 years experience in technological risks management, and with a multidisciplinary profile that combines security areas both technical and strategic, Silvia has focused his career in managing and perform multiple projects in the field of Security and Protection of Information.
Pioneer in Spain in Industrial Safety, specializing in bastions of Servers and Security Reviews, Analysis and Design of Network Architecture and Network Security SCADA / ICS / DCS. Edorta Echave - Expert in Design and Security of Networks
He is BS in Computer Systems and Telecommunications and "Specialist in Design and Security of Networks" by the Public University of the Basque Country. He has directed his professional career around the communications infrastructures reaching certifications like CCNA and ITIL.
Enter the Industrial Cybersecurity Center in 2014 as an "Active Member" after passing the course "Advanced Cybersecurity Course in Industrial Control and Automation Systems" taught by INCIBE.
He is a Consultant, Industrial Cybersecurity Engineer at InnoTec, Grupo Entelgy - Cybersecurity Intelligence, where among other activities, he is responsible for the development, execution and supervision of projects under recommendations, standards and good practices. Joan Figueras - Expert in Forensic Analysis
Graduated in Electronic Industrial Engineering and Master in Information and Communication Systems Management, he has more than 20 years of experience as head of IT departments in several companies in the services sector, specializing during the last decade in cybersecurity and information protection. He is a Technological Judicial Expert certified by the ACPJT (Catalan Association of Technological Judicial Experts) and holds the CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) and CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) certifications from ISACA.
Currently, he collaborates as a GRC consultant (Government, Risks and Compliance) in GOVERTIS Advisory Services developing projects for the implementation of information security management systems (ISMS) and ndustrial Cybersecurity Management System (ICMS).
He actively participates in various professional associations such as APEP (Spanish Professional Association of Privacy), ISACA, ATI (Association of Computer Technicians) and ACPJT, forming part of the Board of Directors of these last three with different responsibilities in each of them.
He is part of the team of ISACA Barcelona trainers for the preparation of the CISA / CISM / CSX certifications and has participated as a speaker in conferences and round tables related to industrial cybersecurity both nationally and internationally.
Enrique Martín - Expert in IT/OT Integration Projects
Enrique Martín is the current Operations Manager for Iberia & LATAM of SecurityMatters. He has more than 25 years of experience in IT / OT technologies, most of them in security projects in the private and public sector. He has participated in European projects such as SCADALAB with the Spanish Institute of Cybersecurity (INCIBE) and CAMINO and EUCONCIP of S21sec, focused on testing the cyber resistance of essential service providers.
Now it is supporting some technological initiatives and solutions to protect critical infrastructures in Spain and other LATAM countries in projects related to networks of industrial control systems in these infrastructures.

Javier Zubieta - Expert in Cybersecurity Diagnosis
Javier Zubieta is Director of Private Security for the UNED and Bachelor of Computing from the UPM.
With more than 20 years of experience in Cybersecurity, Javier is currently Head of Business Development of Cybersecurity in GMV and professor of the Master of Cybersecurity and Privacy of the Rey Juan Carlos University. With more than 15 years of experience, he has covered all areas of the world of energy, from Engineering to Operation and Maintenance in combined cycle and nuclear power plants.
