Santiago Gonzalez Raul Vazquez is Computer Systems Engineer, holds a Certificate in Advanced Management in Cyber Security Incidents (Carnegie Mellon University). Is Master in Strategic Planning and National Driving. In 1999 he started his management in Multinational ICT (TIGO - Millicom International), Technical of Network Operations Center (NOC)
As Public Officer, served as Technology Specialist and manager of the national network participated in the Public Ministry Formation of the first CSIRT in Paraguay - [CSIRTpy] Response Team Computer Security Incident in 2009.
In 2012 he was appointed Minister of the executive in charge of ICT Secretariat of the President of the Republic, Dr. Luis Federico Franco Gómez.
On November 30, 2012 founded the CERT-PY (Computer Emergency Response Team of Paraguay) establishing a focal point CSIRT's for the country and center responsible for the coordination of the response of Cyber Security Incident for Paraguay, as well Infrastructure Defense criticizes the State on ICTs.
In the academic area is University Professor, professor of materials Security in Computer Networks and Computer Center Management, National University of Caaguazú.
He is currently Executive Director (CEO) of a group of companies with deployment services ICT, Information Security and Business Continuity, also advises public sector organizations as the Governor of Caaguazú and the National Defense Commission of the Chamber of Deputies ICT issues, Cyber Security and Cyber.
