He has more than 25 years of experience in the IT sector, having worked in management positions for several multinationals in the IT sector.
CEO of the company Informática Forense, S.L., where he develops his professional activity as a Computer Engineer as a technical advisor and computer expert, specializing in the areas of Expertise, Forensic Computing and Security, having collaborated on multiple occasions with the Law Enforcement Forces and Corps. State security in the fight against cybercrime. (2006-current).
He has been Director of the SOC-OT (Security Operations Center) for Critical Infrastructures (2013-2023), of the company ARKOSSA Smart Solutions, S.L. for Industrial Cybersecurity (SCADA) and Critical Infrastructures of the electrical sector.
He has a degree in Computer Science from the University of Valladolid (1991). Diploma in Computer Systems, from the University of Valladolid (1988). Expert in Systems Development for Electronic Commerce, from the University of Salamanca (2010). He is a member of the Professional Colleges of Computer Engineers of Castilla y León (CPIICYL) and Madrid (CPIICM).
He has various certifications such as ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Chief Auditor, by the British Standards Institution (2010), Black Level Professional Credential No. 31 by the CCI, CCS-G Cybersecurity Certificate (Security Management), by the Agency of Cybersecurity Certifications (ACC), from the Institute of Forensic and Security Sciences of the Autonomous University of Madrid (2013).
Throughout his long professional career he has been President of AI2 - Spanish Federation of Associations of Computer Engineers; Member of CCII - General Council of Professional Colleges of Computer Engineering; President-Founder of ISSA-Spain, Spanish Chapter of ISSA – Information Systems Security Association; member of the AENOR Standardizing Technical Committee AEN/CTN197, on Expert Reports; as well as Coordinator of the Smart Metering Working Group at the Industrial Cybersecurity Center (CCI).
He is a regular trainer and speaker in courses, seminars and conferences on Expertise, Forensic Computing, Computer Security and Industrial Cybersecurity, being one of the regular professors in CCI courses and seminars.
He is a member of the Jury of the International Contest "ICT Security Trophies", organized by Red Seguridad Magazine.
