In addition, he has been a speaker on multiple international stages, including invitations as an expert by the Organization of American States (OAS), the European Commission, the Industrial Cybersecurity Center (CCI), the Regional Energy Integration Commission (CIER), The Regional Association of Oil and Natural Gas Companies (ARPEL), the Latin American Community of Consultants and Advisors in Risk and Security Management (CODALCA) and the world conference on cybersecurity for critical assets (CS4CA), as well as multiple government and the Latin American industry.
